*Early Action will allow you to receive an earlier notification of admission and you will be considered for scholarship programs if you meet the minimum guidelines.
Longwood offers Early Action admission to freshman applicants who possess above-average high-school records, class standing and SAT I or ACT scores.
To be considered for Early Action, applications must be received by December 1 and successful candidates will be notified by early January (nonbinding, deposit not required until May 1). Students not selected for Early Action will automatically be considered for regular undergraduate admission.
*Early Decision is only available to freshman applicants entering in the fall semester who are interested in nursing. To be considered for nursing, application and admission documents must be received and/or postmarked by November 1. Successful candidates will be notified by mid-December. The admission decision is binding.
RN to BSN applicants are not eligible to apply as Early Decision.
