Transferring from Va. Community College/Richard Bland

In compliance with the State Policy on Transfer, if you earn the Associate of Arts, the Associate of Science or the Associate of Arts and Science Degree from one of the Virginia community colleges or Richard Bland College, prior to attending Longwood, Foundations-level Civitae Core Curriculum requirements will be fulfilled. In addition, Longwood allows all of your courses taken for that degree with a grade of C or better to transfer. For more information, see the State Policy on Transfer.

Curious how many credits might transfer?

A Longwood registrar can meet with you one-on-one and provide a transfer credit estimate before you ever have to apply. Email registrar@longwood.edu to schedule an appointment.
