Additional Fees

Enrollment fee: $100
Processing fee for credit card tuition payment: $0.90
Late pickup fee after 5:30 p.m.: $15/minute. (No grace period)
Late tuition fee: Families will be charged $100.00 ten days after payment is due. Families that are behind in payments for more than 2 months without contacting the business manager and setting up a payment arrangement may have their childcare services terminated
Re-enrollment fee: Nonrefundable $100 and pending open spots for re-enrollment

Morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks are included in tuition.

Scholarships

General scholarships are available for families who need financial support. Scholarships are awarded by our scholarship committee based on financial need. Families are encouraged to submit a scholarship application along with supporting documentation to the site director.

Financial Scholarship Form

Taylor Scholarships are also available. The Taylor Scholarship is designed to provide tuition assistance for three to four year old children with direct descendants (grandparents or great-grandparents) who were residents of the Town of Farmville or Prince Edward County during the closure of the Prince Edward County Schools (1959-1964).
