Outreach

In an effort to reach out to students, faculty, and staff, CAPS provides educational programming on mental health and well-being topics.

CAPS can present workshops to University residence halls, classes, groups and campus clubs & organizations.  Examples of programs that have been requested include: microaggressions, eating disorders, stress management, time management, healthy relationships, depression, issues that have affected marginalized students, and general CAPS services. Other workshop topics are available and can be tailored for the needs of the intended audience. When making special requests, please keep in mind that additional time may be needed to develop the program.

If you would like to request a program, please complete the Outreach Request Form (pdf).  All submitted forms are reviewed by CAPS staff during our weekly meetings on Tuesday.
