New Student Leadership Program, September 8-10, 2017

NSLP Intro

Pack your bags. You're going on an adventure!

The New Student Leadership Program (NSLP) gives you a chance to get away from campus and spend time with new students. During NSLP students will spend time exploring what it means to be a Longwood Lancer, while gaining valuable leadership experience.

By participating in the program, students will develop specific leadership skills and become more aware of their own unique leadership styles. This program makes the transition to college life easier as students begin to chart their course as citizen leaders!

Registration is not complete until you have successfully submitted the $45.00 registration fee.

NSLP takes place at Triple C Camp in Charlottesville, VA.

The weekend includes lots of low- and high- ropes activities, a chance to meet and get to know other students including our own and plenty of "down time" for students to explore the camp and relax!

There is a cost for students to participate in NSLP, however financial aid is sometimes available for students who qualify.

For more information please contact Laura Parker, Assistant Director of Leadership Development and Programs, or visit Lankford 218.
