To get started, print the Personal Training Packet (pdf) and return the packet at the Department of Campus Recreation in Pierson Hall (Health and Fitness Center).

Make Cash or Check payments in person or pay by Credit Card with our Online Payment option.

Whether you're new to exercise, need a slight push to get back into it or would like to add variety to your current routine, we can help you. Our qualified staff is prepared to work with you to develop an individualized program and assist you in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At Campus Recreation, we pride ourselves in our ability to accommodate clients of different ages, medical conditions and experience levels

We've developed an array of training packages that we feel will best meet the needs of our campus community.

Starter Pack

  • 2- 1 hour sessions

Multi-Pack

  • Fitness Assessment*
  • Packages ranging from 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 sessions

Buddy Pack

  • Sign up to train with a friend and both receive 10% off
  • Fitness Assessment*
  • Packages ranging from 6, 9, 12, 15 or 18 sessions

Students

  • Fitness Assessment*
  • 30 day package - $50

Faculty/Staff

  • Packages for Members and Nonmembers
  • Fitness Assessment*
  • 30 day package - $60

*Fitness Assessment performed during the first session if you are a new client. Returning clients can purchase an assessment separately.


Initial Fitness Assessment

Meet one-on-one with a Campus Rec Personal Trainer to determine your current fitness level and discuss your personal goals. This one-hour session will determine your:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance

Your exercise program will be designed based on your current fitness level and will take your personal, long-term goals into consideration.
