Use the Enrollment Verification Request (PDF) to request proof of your status as a student.
There is a fee of $5 for each enrollment verification requested. Payment, form, and any attachments should be mailed to the Office of Cashiering.
Send the complete form, with payment, to:

Once your payment is processed, the Office of Cashiering will send your form to the Office of the Registrar to be processed.
Verifications are completed within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
