Here in Disability Resources it is never too early to begin thinking about Final Exams. Our office is pleased to announce the procedures for submitting final exam request forms. The final exam forms are different from the regular test/quiz request form. The final exam forms are available here on our website and in the office. All final exam request forms are due no later than Monday, November 26, 2018 by 5 p.m.
There will be no exceptions to this deadline. Due to the high number of exams we are proctoring during exam week this early deadline allows our staff to plan appropriately. Please be attentive. Below are a few things you will need to submit your exam request.
- Final Exam Schedule: A copy of the Final Exam schedule can be found via the Registrar's Office. You can also consult your course syllabus.
- Final Exam Request Form: This form is available online in a word document and can be submitted in-person or via email to the . If you pick up a hard copy of the form then it will be a green form instead of the traditional red that is used for regular test and quizzes.
