Congratulations to Longwood University graduate Mrs. Emily Overstreet for earning Teacher of the Division at Cumberland County Public Schools. Mrs. Overstreet offers the students a variety of materials and art processes and introduces them to the artwork of artists from around the world to help develop the artist inside each of them.
