Join like-minded Longwood students with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills as a Longwood Conference Coordinator.

The Summer Conference Team (SCT) is the primary workforce throughout the Longwood University conference season, between the end of the Spring semester and the beginning of the Fall semester, who serve as hospitality providers at one or more of our twenty-five conferences and camps — they range from fifteen participants to more than six hundred! 

Here's what to expect:

SCT members are operational support at Longwood conferences and camps.

You'll be tasked with these responsibilities: 

• Work as backstage crew for events
• Provide onsite support
• File supply orders
• File work orders
• Work as crowd controllers and traffic directors
• Deliver supplies
• Set up for events
• Provide golf cart transport 
• Provide bus transportation
