The Hull Springs Farm Mitigation Bank

The Longwood University Mitigation Banking Foundation, LLC owns and operates a Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank that is located at Hull Springs Farm in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Proceeds from the Bank support environmental education and allow the Baliles Center to reach thousands of school children, college students, and landowners to create a model of conservation and demonstration site for best management land and water use practices using the unique resources at Hull Springs Farm and the Baliles Center.

The Bank includes preserved, enhanced and restored wetlands and buffers as well as a restored stream.
