Family Game Day set for Jan. 6

The third annual Alumni Family Game Day promises to offer fun and excitement for Lancers of all ages.

The indoor tailgate party starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 6, in the Health and Fitness Center. Lunch, inflatables, games, rock wall climbing and cheer camp will be part of the event, as well as the 2 p.m. men’s basketball game against Gardner-Webb (admission is included in the Family Day registration).

New this year is Future Lancer Diaper Derby, a halftime show that is sure to bring a lot of laughs. All participants (full-time crawlers aged 12 months or younger) will receive a Longwood Lancer onesie, and families will receive complimentary tickets for participating.To register your baby, email Steve Robertson at robertsonsa@longwood.edu.
