Diana Duncan Driver ’96, a Nelson County High School teacher with more than 25 years in the classroom, was recognized as the 2022-23 National Federation of State High School Associations Theatre Educator of the Year for Section Two, which includes six other states and Washington, D.C.
Her Longwood degree is a BFA with a concentration in performance; she also studied pedagogy at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
