2020-2021 Longwood University Theatre Season Update:

Given the current pandemic of Covid-19 and the safety of our students, patrons, faculty, and staff, Longwood University Theatre has had to postpone all productions since April 2020. We are thrilled to announce our updated 2020-2021 Theatre Season.

We will have one production each semester:

Our Fall 2020 Semester Production, from the world of Dungeons and Dragons - Wednesday, November 11 through Sunday, November 15th, Qui Nguyen's She Kills Monsters: Virtual Realms, Directed by Lacy Klinger. This new adaptation brings theatre productions into a whole new realm of possibilities by going completely virtual. Audiences will be able to get tickets which give a link for that night's performance. **More information and Audition information will be posted at a later date.**

Our Spring 2021 Semester Production is on TBD: Ken Ludwig's Baskerville, A Sherlock Holmes Mystery, Directed by Bruce Speas (rescheduled from April 2020). Baskerville is a farce-comedy version of The Hound of The Baskerville by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and, if conditions allow, will be produced live.

Please be patient as we navigate this new normal of performance and tech for theatre productions in the age of a pandemic. We will send updates as we have them.

Thank you for your time, and we hope to see you at the theatre.
